What You Will Do:   

• Greet patients and visitors.
• Check in patients - updating demographics, insurance, and financial information.
• Schedule appointments and maintain efficiencies of appointments.
• Check out patients - collecting copays, coinsurance, deductibles and accepting charges from EMR.
• Provide attention to patient's needs, answer patient questions and provide information about the practice.
• Maintain confidentiality of patients financial and personal information.
• Provide excellent customer service.

What You Will Bring:    

• Detail-oriented.
• Able to multitask.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
• Knowledge of MS office.
• Knowledge of electronic medical records software is a plus.
• Experience in healthcare is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish
