Registered Nurse/CoolSculpting & Laser Technician Lead 

PRN (8 - 32 hours per month average)

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL: 

• Guide CoolSculpting, Skin Rejuvenation, and Laser Hair Removal candidates and patients through their entire journey, from the consultation process through treatment completion and follow-up. 
• Identify patient goals for treatment and educate patients on the technology that best suits their concern, as well as expected outcomes. 
• Effectively assess and create customized patient treatment plans while aligning patient goals to treatment expectations. 
• Comfortably and confidently present pricing information to the patient with the ability to upsell and recommend other cosmetic procedures the practice offers.   
• Accurately capture before, during, and after photos of each patient seeking treatment. 
• Create a positive experience and quickly build rapport with each patient; this helps to foster long-term relationships with the practice. 
• Be committed to a PRN position for a well-established Aesthetic business.  
• Confidently and safely deliver treatments that render excellent patient outcomes. 
• Promote a safety-conscious work environment and maintain good housekeeping practices. 
• Be a self-starter with a desire to grow individually and as an integral part of the team.   
• Conduct yourself in a positive and professional manner while always focusing on excellent customer service. 

• Support your teammates and help to perform other duties as needed. 
• Be willing to attend and support promotional activities for CoolSculpting, Skin Rejuvenation, Laser Hair Removal and for the Practice as a whole (this might include Open House events, Charity Events, etc). 
• Manage inventory and ordering activities as it relates to both CoolSculpting and InMode consumables. 

YOU BRING: 

• Certification as a Registered Nurse 
• Experience in CoolSculpting, Skin Rejuvenation or any other aesthetic services is a plus. 
• Sales Experience. 
• Customer Service Experience. 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally.  
• Understanding of HIPAA and patient privacy. 
• Ability to stand for long periods of time. 
• Strong organizational, scheduling, planning, and prioritizing abilities. 
• High degree of flexibility in adapting to a rapidly changing environment. 
• Occasional flexibility in work hours 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
