The Assistant Director of Revenue Cycle is a vital leadership role responsible for optimizing the revenue cycle processes within the organization. This position focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, improving collection rates, and implementing best practices through technology and data-driven strategies. The Assistant Director collaborates with various stakeholders, including clinical and administrative teams, to streamline workflows, manage financial performance, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This role also involves analyzing metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting staff training to elevate overall performance in revenue cycle management. Ultimately, the Assistant Director plays a key role in maximizing revenue while minimizing costs, contributing to the organization’s financial health and sustainability.
To succeed in this role, candidates must demonstrate the following competencies and skills:
$110,000 - $128,000 annual
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as, but not limited to bonus, full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility, annual educational reimbursement, and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO).
