The PRN Registered Nurse is responsible to perform a competent level of nursing care as demonstrated by the critical thinking model known as the nursing process. The RN should possess clinical knowledge and skills to meet standards as required by specific clinical areas and be an advocate for patients with strong communication skills and critical thinking.
The RN will contribute to the company’s mission and vision by utilizing the nursing process in planning, executing, and evaluating the nursing care rendered preoperative and postoperative until patient is dismissed from the facility. The RN collaborates with physicians and other team members to assess; plan implement and evaluate an individualized plan of care.

$35.00 - $41.00 per hour
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as, but not limited to full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility, annual educational reimbursement, and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO).
