The primary function of the Call Center Representative is to effectively handle all inbound support calls for Vision Innovation Partners affiliated Ophthalmology offices by providing excellence in customer service. Responsibilities include but are not limited to answering new and existing patient inquiries, scheduling/rescheduling appointment requests, and completing daily administrative tasks for our growing Call Center support team.

The right candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be detail oriented, and have a proven track record of being a team player. Additionally, candidates must have a high level of proficiency at handling customer service inquires and/or medical appointment scheduling. Experience in a health/patient care environment is desired.
