Join our team as an Aesthetician! Our Aesthetician offers cosmetic consultations and recommends products and procedures to patients. This role performs cosmetic procedures and assists the doctor during cosmetic procedures. The perfect candidate will have a nurturing and caring demeanor, as well as a genuine interest in providing outstanding care to the patients of our practice. 

 

 

** Travel is required between locations.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

  • Perform qualified cosmetic procedures.
  • Assist the doctor during cosmetic procedures. 
  • Review automated confirmation reports and make follow up calls as needed to confirm all cosmetic appointments.
  • Assist in answering the cosmetic telephone line. Schedule, change or cancel appointments as needed.
  • Maintain the CRM Cosmetic Database of clients in order to monitor patient status and assess client list for retention possibilities.
  • Make follow up calls to all cosmetic post op patients, document in EMR.  
  • Meet with clients to educate them on the benefits/risks of cosmetic procedures, Review fees and payment information, and assist them in making a treatment plan.
  • Assist the Revive Office Manager in ensuring that cosmetic client inquiries and complaints are handled promptly and professionally. 
  • Assist the Revive Office Manager and Marketing group in creating cosmetic campaigns, promotional materials, social media management, and planning/organizing special events.
  • Establish and maintain working relationships with local business to establish referral sources. 
  • Meets established sales goals; recommend alternative sales strategies. 
  • Keep up to date on skin care products, techniques and treatment protocols.

Qualifications

What You Will Bring: 

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Current Aesthetician's license is required, with 2 -4 years of experience preferred.
  • Laser Certification Preferred. 
  • Sales or customer service experience is preferred. 
  • Experience working in a medical practice - especially in an ophthalmic field - is a PLUS!
  • Bilingual preferred.
