The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible to perform a competent level of nursing care as demonstrated by the critical thinking model known as the nursing process. The RN should possess clinical knowledge and skills to meet standards as required by specific clinical areas, and be an advocate for patients with strong communication skills and critical thinking.
General Summary of Duties:
The RN will contribute to the company’s mission and vision by utilizing the nursing process in planning, executing, and evaluating the nursing care rendered preoperative and postoperative until patient is dismissed from the facility. The RN collaborates with physicians and other team members to assess, plan implement and evaluate an individualized plan of care.

We have excellent clinical support (personal techs and scribes) and an administrative team that will support you along the way.
You'll be responsible for primary eye care, LASIK evaluations, and post-operative management. You will work closely with our Ophthalmologists and thus will be exposed to a wide variety of ocular pathology.
